Helpful staff! The area is very crowded but close to public transportation. Amenities are clean but old. The bathroom ventilation was not working properly. Modest breakfast but delicious.

Inexperienced staff, I booked for family room, once I checked in, they said family room is reserved and they gave us delux room. They said they will move us to the family room in the evening. In the evening, we were told that the family room is not empty and they gave us another sofa bed in small delux room for 2 adults and 3 kids. When I asked for blankets, the front disk was rude and said room service is only in the morning. I got a bit serious and he brought us blanket.

Die Unterkunft war Preis-Leistungsmäßig wirklich sehr top. Die Arbeiter alle freundlich. Jeden Tag wurde gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Tee, Kaffe und Kuchen am Empfang. Die Location ist nur 1-2 Minuten vom Taksim Platz entfernt. Man hat mit der Metro und F1 gute Anbindungen. Auch viele Busse fahren dort. Havabus ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von dort entfernt, top👍 Außerdem waren sie zuvorkommend bei einem Upgrade des Zimmers.
