Great location for cruise port

Hotel staff was fantastic at check in. We stayed one night before departing for a cruise. Great location for the cruise port! Right across the street. The bellman even helped us with our luggage getting to the port. Thank you again!!

Great Location before a cruise

We had a one night stay before our cruise. You cannot find a better location for staying the night before a cruise. Right across the street from Galataport you can walk to the terminal with your luggage. The public train is only a block away to get around sightseeing. We enjoyed our spacious room. The rooftop bar has an excellent view of Istanbul. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Thumbs Up for Nidya Hotel

The hotel rooms are very moderate, the windows are not sealed or tightly closed so you always hear the noise of the street or construction, the AC is noisy and the staff say it is always like that, the breakfast is very poor. The Hotel location is very good but the staff and the property is very poor....

I was going on a cruise the cruise dock was right there. The only problem that i had was their bath towels were paper thin. Not very high end. But everythingvelse was great.

The were multiple problems. The shower leaked at the bottom making puddles on the bathroom and hallway floors. The sink faucet leaked around the base, but at least it ran into the sink. The hot water pot would boil away the water if not unplugged in time. Toilet seat was loose. Insufficient lighting overall.

The suite room was not good and clean at all. Not worth it to pay this amount. Elevator was not working for 2 days and they kept say that we are working to fix it( suite elevator)
