Det var en lille hotel, meget lille værelse med 2 persons seng. Der var engang ikke plads til mine kufferter, de lå på en side af sengen. Selve hotellet var meget rent, de skiftede håndklæder hver eneste dag, gjorde rent. Receptionisten var meget venlig og hjælpsom.

Worth its money

The hotel was near Istiklal street and Taksim square, very easy to find. It was clean and quite. The breakfast was poor, but tasty. The receptionist tried to help us, even though he didn't speak English, but only Turkish and he demanded all the amount of our stay to be prepaid and only in cash (not with credit card). Room was comfortable and the toilet was clean with hot water all the day.

Merkezi konumlu ve güvenilir. Temizlik gerçekten iyi. Ancak kahvaltı oldukça vasat. 8-10 arası kahvaltı saati. 9.59 da kahvaltıya indiğimizde herşey kaldırılmıştı. Bir süre tartıştıktan sonra bir tabak kahvaltı getirdiler. Fazlaca otellerde konaklamış birisi olarak ilk defa böyle birşeyle karşılaştım. Bir bardak su verirken bile tavır yapıyorlar. Konum ve temizlik açısından başarılı, hizmet zayıf.

Terrible hotel

I arrived the hotel at noon walking for 30 minutes with my luggage no access by taxi, AC was borken temp 38 C then the power went out. So I decided to leave the place. I didn't stay

excellent stay !! For sure recommended!

What a nice hotel, personal, accomadation! I'm so in love with it! We had booked for 5 nights and it was sad that the tham was come to go back home! The location of the hotel is super near the famous street 'istiklal' and it's very save & clean! The staff Umit, Isa and Abla was so friendly and caring! We will miss them so much! We will come defintly back to this hotel! The Mint Residence has been scored (5x) ***** for us! See you soon back! Kr, Damla & Mustafa Deniz
