"We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary at The Mamara hotel Taksim. Overall amazing customer service was outstanding, especially Yeliz who started dealing with us through WhatsApp from the UK until our last day in Istanbul Turkey. she made us feel very welcome and accommodated our every need and added Finishing Touches. The Spa couple treatment she booked us was amazing. All staff at the Spa went out of their way to make us feel welcome and relaxed perfect 10 out of 10 all round recommended highly they went above and beyond with their customer service ."

"My stay was excellent. The staff were amazing... Yigit was very nice and he helped us alot during the stay no matter what questions i had he was on it. Yasmin was very nice and she was smiling the whole time. Furkan helped me with my bags and he was extremely pleasant. Overall I would stay there again on my next trip to Istanbul."

"I had a wonderful stay at Sultanhan Hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options, and the view from the sixth-floor restaurant made every morning special. The location is ideal—just a short walk from the tram station, making it incredibly easy to explore Istanbul’s main attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sultanhan Hotel to anyone visiting the city."
