The hotel is a magnificent building and rooms are charming but a little tired. The hotel is well located for easy access to the major tourist sites and the ferry terminals. Most of the front desk staff were helpful but they need to smile more. I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel has a great location, very close to all the main tourist attractions. It was easy to walk or take a short ride to everything I wanted to see. The stay was comfortable and the convenience of the location made my trip much easier.

As soon as I booked, the hotel guest relations team reached out. I mentioned it was a short break to celebrate my wife’s birthday and requested a Bosporus view room. To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. Specially, guest relation officer Ms Salma used to welcome us every morning and had a good chat and wellbeing. We returned home with wonderful memories of this stay. The thoughtful service and stunning view made it unforgettable

Stayed for two nights. Very friendly and helpful front desk and guest relations. Clean facilities. Very assessable to tram and ferry terminal. Very good shopping selection on the very street of the hotel. The breakfast selection was amazing, breakfast started at 6:30 a.m. which gave us plenty of time to eat and get an early start.

The personal was nice, friendly and was helpful. The hotels front and lobby gives 5 star impression, the bed was really good. However the rooms was very noisy from the people in the lobby and corridor. Also every time someone showered or flushed in the neighbouring room you could hear it loudly. The temperature in the room was not possible to regulate and it was very warm during the nights. All that together resulted in not so good sleep and not so cheerful vacation. If you are planning to book this hotel for the spa, bring a thick wallet cause the jacuzzi itself costs 75$/person for 45 minutes.

Just not 5 stars at all like advertised. It has the potential to be 5 stars but it’s an uphill climb. My room was an atrium facing room which was boiling hot the whole time. The hotel switched the AC function off and suggested the window is opened to the hot inside atrium for “cooler air”. No fan was offered and the room was above the loud reception area. Housekeeping needs work - trash was under the bed they had just been left there, and restocking of toiletries was not done without asking. The hotel has a nice location in the old town, so that was one plus. Overall, not a nice stay and not what was advertised. I will say the concierge was the saying grace and was very helpful with airport transfer and ensuring everything was all set. The hotel has potential but I would not stay there again.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The place was very clean. The rooms were nice and well-maintained, with a modern touch that added to the overall experience. One of the best parts was how quiet it was—perfect for relaxing or getting a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and professional too. The bed was comfy. We didnt buy breakfest option. The room was clean except the ceiling. The TV only had 3 working channels. The kids were upset about that. The bathroom was nice. The pool and spa area was good but the pool area smelled like mold. Room clean and hotel workers were nice and helpful. I would give it 4 stars. Good overall

The location was perfect! The hotel was old, definitely not a five star hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good. Rooms were cold the heater was on but it felt like air conditioner!
