The receptionist was very nice and very helpful they left the front desk and help us to take the luggage to the front of the room and they was very polite and helpful and we felt VIP I just want to thank everyone for the service

I paid for 9 days and stayed there only once.i left because the hotel is stiuated by a busy street, my room was by the road and it was extremely loud. The room was extra tiny. Toilet poorly placed in the room and very smelly. The first night, my sheets were not changed, it has stains on them. The staff were rude. And no no lobby area. I will give a detailed review on google. I wasted over $800.

Die Unterkunft war an sich sauber aber die Zimmer Reinigung hat die Zimmer nicht immer gesaugt so das meine Haare auf dem Boden waren.

i didnt like the fact that they advertised a room with a balcony and showed pictures on expedia of a balcony with chairs on it. when i checked in, all i had was a large glass door that opened with iron railing. there was no balcony or place to sit. felt it was false advertising

We had a large corner room on 4th floor only problem no reliable internet had to connect to floor 3 or 5 which wasn't satisfactory.The shower cubicle needed to be regrouted as black round the edges. Kazim the front desk manager moved us to the 5th floor without hesitation. Breakfast excellent as where the staff. Have stayed at this hotel a few times, this is the first time have had any complaints. It is well situated for shops etc, would stay there again

Öncelikle sizden aldığımız için iptal edemedik, Sebebi ise ilgi alaka hizmet temizlik ve uslüb çok çok kötü,,, Bir daha konaklamam mümkün değil, orası gecelik fiyatı tl bazında 50 tl ancak hak eder. Otelin sadece lokasyonu güzel onun dışındaki herşey ama herşey sıfır, ve şu da var Hotels.com.com üzerinden alındığı için daha çok ilgisizdiler,,, kısacası tek kelime ile hayal kırıklığı
