Personnel sympathique hormis un qui ne dira jamais bonjour, ne vous aidera jamais, il ne travaille que de nuit. Arrivée de nuit, Toilettes trouvées sales cuvette pleine d’urine et poils. Menage limité. Cette personne n’a rien fait pour remédier à ce problème. Le lendemain, le’ ménage dans la chambre et les toilettes sont restés tel quel ! sale ! Sinon, l’hotel Est très bien situé. Proche de sultanahmet, Eminolu. A 2 pas de la station de tramway Gulhane. On peut tout faire à’pied. Commerces, restaurants à proximité. Merci à Samet qui a toujours été accueillant et disponible pour tout. Et Youssouf également sympathique.

Otel mevki olarak muazzam bir yerde bulunuyor.. Çalışanların müşterilere,ilgi ve alakaları gayet iyi,lakin odalarda tamir olunması gerek kırık dökük yerler,onarılmadan,oda müşteriye veriliyor.. Örn. Örn..; duşakabin in kapağı yok kırık, klozet tamir istiyor,odadaki bazı aksesuarlar kırık dökük.. kısa süreli konaklama için idare etti,diyelim.. konumu mükemmel..

Postiv : personal sehr zuvorkommend, Neutral : reinigung der zimmer nur auf wunsch, dann aber sehr gründlich. Frühstück immer Standard, aber auf wunsch haben wir z.b. Omelette bekommen. Negativ: aus den Fensterfugen (Rahmen) kam sehr viel Wind durch die wir nur bedingt selbst am Boden entlang mit einer Decke abgedichtet haben.
