The location was perfect, very accessible to key sites around Istiklal Caddesi and surrounds and walking distance to Tunel, Tramway, Taksim etc. Service was consistently good. Room was clean and had all basic amenities, was small but more than enough for a solo traveler. Overall a pleasant experience for a good price.

Quiet hotel with a very nice staff. However, the comforter was stained with a red/orange substance, so I felt uneasy about the cleanliness. I’d stay at a different hotel for a multi-day stay, but it was fine for one day.

The Hotel was greatly located, in the Galata neighbourhood, which has shopping boutiques, Restaurants, cafes and Bars. The only downside is that the hotel is actually composed of two buildings together, and we were placed in the building on the back, which was older and not very nice looking, maybe it was because we were staying in a Apartment-size room. The Breakfast was appreciated, although it didn’t had much options. We didn’t had time to try the pool nor the sauna, maybe next time.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. But that’s about it. Rooms look bigger on the pictures. Sewer smell in the bathroom. Mold on the walls on the terrace lobby. Breakfast is terrible. Location is great however. It’s below the standards for a 4 star hotel.

Overall the location and the pool made my one night stay pleasant. Hotel is close to two underground stations, and the busy Istiklal Caddesi yet quiet. I stayed in a single room which had what I can only describe as the smallest single bed imaginable, couldn't even turn around and I am a small person. It was more like a child bed. Room could easily have accommodated a small double bed or simply a normal size single bed. Hotel was clean and stylish throughout. The terrace could be so much nicer with small touches. Breakfast had plenty choice but unfortunately not the best quality. Some staff were very welcoming, others looked fed up. Guests could hear the argument coming from kitchen during breakfast. All in all a nice hotel which could be even better with small improvements here and there.

Ok…

The room was very small, and the bed was the smallest double I’ve ever seen. 2 people can hardly fit in it. Even though they offered cleaning everyday the rooms werent very clean. The breakfast is not worth it, only ate 1 morning and I never went back. The pool and sauna was okay but they didnt have any towels to provide… we had to go to our dripping wet. Location was good, staff was very polite and helpful. To be completely honest, I would not book again.

We booked a double standard room and a flat. The hotel is located in a very nice area, 1 minute walking distance from istiklal street. The staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the rooms are too small, it can barely accommodate two persons. For the flat, we were located on the second floor and we couldn’t sleep until 4 am because of loud music coming from nearby pubs ( A really, really loud music) The access for the flats is hectic (the elevator is located on the first floor and not ground floor) and we had one air conditioner not working, staff tried to help but it didn’t work. The breakfast is good, served on top of the hotel with nice view but with limited variety (and very unpleasant smells :/) Overall an average experience but would book again for the location and staff friendliness
