The hotel staff was great. They were super nice and helped you with everything you needed. The room was perfect. The room was very clean thanks to the cleaning lady she did an amazing job. I had a good time staying at elegance suites.

Merhaba öncelikle haftasonu yakınlarda yapılan bir konsere gitmek için burada bir konaklama yaptık. Verilen oda zemindeydi fakat bu belirtilmemişti. Sokağın zeminine açılan bir pencerenin dibindeydi odamız. Pencereyi kapamak ve perdeyi çekmekle çözüm bulduk. Klima nedense canı istediğinde çalıştı ayarları ne kadar zor olabilir yani ayarlamayla alakalı değildi. Çok fazla otelde kaldım hiç böyle bir klima anahtarıyla problem yaşamadım. Çarşaflar kesinlikle temiz değildi. Havlularda saç telleri vardı. Zeminde olmasından kaynaklı lağım kokusu geliyordu. Ki bunun içinde duştaki gidere bir kapak koymuşlardı mecbur. Çekmecedeki çatal kaşıklar pisti. Çarşafta ve yastıklarda siyah pamukçuklar vardı. Bir daha bedava olsa tercih etmeyeceğim bi otel. Odada bir şişe su bile yoktu. Sabah erken saatlerde başlayan bağırışmalı konuşmalar çalışanların yüksek ses çıkararak inip çıktığı merdivenler uykumuzu böldü. Temizlik görevlisi koridorda malzemeleriyle dakikalarca ses çıkardı.

İlk defa kaldık eşimle birlikte. Özellikle temizlik konusunda bizden iyi not aldılar. En dikkat ettiğimiz oydu. diğer hersey de gayet güzeldi. Yolum istanbula Avrupa yakasina düşerse kesinlikle tekrar rezervasyon yapacağım bir yer.

Çok memnun kaldım

Ailemle 3 kişiyiz 4 kişilik odada kaldık. Bir yakınımızın düğünü için İstanbul'a geldik o yüzden1 gecelik kaldık. Kendi aracımızla geldiğimiz için park edecek yer bulduk ama çok zor oldu çünkü otelin çevresindeki sokaklar çok dar ya da tek yön. Aracınız yoksa bu otel toplu taşıma duraklarına çok yakın. Odamız çok temizdi ve bu 4 kişilik odada minik bir mutfak bölümü vardı. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi.
