We stayed there only for one night. The room was very clean and the shower was great. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator but the staff help you to take the luggage up. The location is also very good. There are tones of restaurants and shops around it.

Second time in Istambul and wanted to stay near Bosphorus, but never had the chance to see the water. The hotel is basic, it is ok if you just want to sleep, sadly the area where is located was not neat. There is no elevator, room was not big and it was a challenge to move around, bed was comfortable but sheets had a couple of stains. Bathroom with amenities and hot water. Staff helped with luggage and addresses. If you just want a place to sleep and do not mind about the area and the entire hotel experience, this place will work for you.

Al mio arrivo l'hotel è risultato chiuso. L'ho scoperto vedendo un cartello affisso dal comune che imponeva la chiusura. Avrei gradito essere avvertito almeno tramite mail in modo da gestire meglio la ricerca di altra sistemazione

Unglaublich schlecht! Ich habe eingecheckt, mein Zimmer gesehen – und direkt wieder ausgecheckt. Der Zustand war inakzeptabel: Im Kühlschrank lag eine Packung vergammelter Erdbeeren, die das gesamte Zimmer mit einem unerträglichen Gestank erfüllte. Die Decke lag mit einem schmutzigen Bezug auf einem Regal, und es war offensichtlich, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde. Zusätzlich war das gesamte Badezimmer mit Chlor überladen, sodass meine Kleidung sich verfärbt hat. Ein absoluter Albtraum! Ich kann dieses Hotel keinesfalls empfehlen.

Otelin konumu güzel çalışanı ilgiliydi. Merdiven dikti ama yukarı taşıdılar sağ olsunlar. Ama odamız merdiven kenarında olduğu için inen çıkanın sesi hiç bitmedi uykuyu bozdu sıkça. Öğleden sonraya kadar da temizlik sesi geliyor. Bu sesler sizi rahatsız etmeyecekse tercih edebilirsiniz

Giriş konfirmesi için oteli aradığımızda resepsiyon da ki hanımefendi upgrade verecegini söyledi. Çok iyi bi daireye ucretsiz upg sunuldu. Misafir memnuniyeti sağlamak adına yapılan çalışma güzeldi sadece kapı bizi biraz rahatsız etti. Kilitlenmedi hiç, bazı misafirler bundan ekstra rahatsız olabilir. Banyo çok temizdi. Buna dikkat ettik çok önemliydi. Sıcak su akıyordu.

Lage top, Zimmer Einrichtung gut. Aber an der Sauberkeit und an dem Personal muss dringend gearbeitet werden. Ein Personal hat morgens die ganze Zeit an unserer Tür geklopft und uns geweckt, weil ein andere Gast eine Zimmerkarte braucht und sie dem unsere Karte geben wollte. Absolut nogo.

"Leider bin ich auch gezwungen, eine schlechte Bewertung für das Hotel abzugeben. Am Tag unserer Anreise haben wir ein schlechtes Zimmer erhalten. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr dreckig; das sieht man schon am Treppenhaus. Die Zimmer sind äußerst klein und im Bad hat es aus dem Abfluss richtig gestunken. Auf dem Bett lagen Haare und auch in den Badehandtüchern waren Haare zu sehen. Als wir das angesprochen haben, bekamen wir nur die Antwort, dass es normal sei. An der Rezeption arbeitet sehr unprofessionelles Personal. Sie wollten uns keinen Tag im Hotel erstatten. Leider erhielten wir dieselbe Antwort, als wir das ansprachen. Am letzten Tag wurde unser Zimmer nicht einmal gereinigt, da sie den Schlüssel von unserem Zimmer verloren hatten und nicht hineinkommen konnten. Die Putzfrau war jedoch nett. Das einzige Positive, das ich über das Hotel sagen kann, ist, dass es sehr zentral in Ortaköy liegt. Leider kann ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war so klein, sodass wir nicht einmal unsere Koffer öffnen konnten. Auf dem Bett waren Flecken, das Bad war voller Haare, die Handtücher waren gelblich und auf ihnen waren noch Körperhaare von anderen Gästen zu finden. Das Hotel hat keinen Lift, so waren wir gezwungen unsere Koffer selbst hochzutragen. Das Personal war nicht zuvorkommend. Nie wieder!!!
