The checkin was very smooth and professional. The room was very clean and nicely maintained. The breakfast was nice with mix of salads. The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to tram station. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Expedia states swimming pool opening hours and the hotel charges $20 per hour to use it. However the lovely staff did give some free sessions becuae of this. Breakfast buffent needs more adding or changes Overall loveky location

The room we were given (3 bed) largely differed from the photos and was a lot smaller, with no offical window. The carpet was clearly worn and didn’t reflect 4 stars. The staff were friendly, although we were overwhelmed with the forceful requests at check in to attend one of their cruises, tours etc. Okay hotel overall.

EXCELLENT

We arrived here after the disaster that was HHK hotel. The difference couldn't have been greater. Polite staff, clean room, plenty of space. The quad room was two rooms adjoining with good space and nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was good and fresh. A nice bonus was the spa/pool/steam/room/hamman which could be rented out exclusively for our little family for €20 an hour. Great location near tubes and walkable to most major sites. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Recommend

Good location, WiFi is excellent, staff are friendly, number of power sockets in room, nice clean property, daily room cleaning, my family had a good stay, nice marble flooring and tiles in bathroom, Grohe and Ideal S fixtures in bathroom, Spa is excellent, is private but to be booked in advance for a set time. Guest have to pay to use spa. Points to improve - hot breakfast should have more options. We were staying close to lifts, slightly noisy when a big group is talking

My family enjoyed the stay of this hotel. Clean rooms everyday. Please tip the housekeeping to express your gratitude.Polite staff but not friendly. Lobby not very big but it has outdoor space. Free cake and coffee in the afternoon time.Buffet breakfast was good but more options is needed. The quad room was two rooms adjoining with good space and nice bathrooms and comfy beds. Spa/pool/steam/room/hamman which could be rented out for €20 an hour. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Please lookout taxis. They will scam you in a heartbeat. Please get comfy shoes becuase most of the sites are wakable.
