Great view of the black see. Just a few steps away from the beach. The staff, was quick and friendly during the check in and out. Clean room with a view. They will arrange any trips for you since they have a travel agency on location.

It was close to hotel and Mahmut the manager was able to help me get a cab to the airport nearby. Beautiful view of the Black Sea, in-door dining options, and great affordability. I recommend it !

Very good rates, room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, food and service in restaurant was good. While arrived outside of normal checkin times 7:30am, due unforeseen problems with my flight, I found no one at the property and had to make several calls and texts to arrange for someone to let me in. In cases where the property is is not staffed when one one would expect it to be (like during breakfast hours), such information should be on tge website or booking confirmation, hence 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Good stay for short period of time. Beautiful beach view. We were there just for a few hours to rest up to catch our flight in the evening. The hotel owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. However, try not to eat in their restaurant, overly charged. Other than that, it was good.

The couple who run the place are very sweet and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. We got a room with a view and enjoyed seeing the Black Sea for the first time.

It’s not close to the airport. On the way back it took as 30 mins. Maybe I was there during the low season. But it’s the reason to keep the rooms so dirty. The toilet looked like it was never washed for the last months. I didn’t dare to take a shower because it was tooo dirty there. I didn’t stay for the planned time, and left earlier to the airport.

I doubt that this is a hotel and even our driver had a hard time finding it!! When we arrived they weren't expecting us and they didn't find our reservation and when they eventually did find it, there were no rooms. We were then escorted to his friend's house where we were given a room and the impression was that this was a Airbnb. I would strong not recommend this establishment. We were fortunate that it was for only 1 night that we had booked!!

Room with a view, but not so nice

The room had a view of the Black Sea and air conditioning which was nice. But unfortunately, the shower and bathroom was not well cleaned, there was mold on the bathroom ceiling, the whole floor of the suite room was tilted so much that my water bottle and other items rolled toward the wall; something tripped the breaker and the power went out in our room and the entry hall for a while (thankfully assistance was immediate), and there is essentially no sound proofing, so you can hear every car or motorbike or airplane overhead. I'm glad we were there only half the night as we had an early AM flight. The host arranged an airport shuttle for us at 3:30am, which was $30USD and took a out 20 minutes. The place is affordable and will do in a pinch, but know that you get what you pay for, which isn't much.

Avoid this place. Upon arrival, there was no electricity, the hotel was completely dark and unusable. I contacted both the staff and Expedia immediately and left within minutes. The hotel later admitted the power outage but refused a refund, claiming it lasted "only 10 minutes" — yet there was no guarantee it would return or that basic services could be provided. I paid for a stay that was never delivered. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

Tullessani sain minut vietiin toiseen hotellikompleksiin, eikä siihen mihin olin varannut. Huone oli ok, mutta vanha mutta ihan siisti. WC.ssä oli suihku pa WC pönttö olivat samassa tilassa ilman suihkuverhoa tai muuta suojaa. WC:ssä ei myöskään ollut WC paperia, se oli olohuoneen pöydällä. Muuten kaikki ok, ainakin ilmastointi toimi, mikä oli hyvä.
