We had a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. There wasn't any hot water, but that was only an issue with showering. But not having hot water was pretty common throughout Nicaragua.

Hotel Plaza Colon
Staff were excellent, most coukd speak English, very helpful and provided information on Granada. Rooms were clean, breakfast buffet was good. Nice courtyard.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating! We booked the airport shuttle through the hotel and were worried we were going to miss it because our flight got delayed 5 hours.
