This is an excellent place to relax. Each person of the staff is so nice! The room are unique and very clean! The food and the drink are excellent! Thank you very much for everything! A real paradise!

I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite. ...
