"Unfortunately there is only one ironing kit for more than 700 rooms in the hotel. So not possible to have your shirt ironed. Not possible to use the hotel for business trips. Also the luggage storage room is self managed via an iPad in the basement - I gave up using that system."

"Terrible. Helpful staff. Hotel terrible. Room is tiny, no AC, no air. No fridge. Bathroom also badly designed. You have to go down to reception to be shown how to start the shower. There is an instructions sheet with pictures for it at reception, Why not up in the room? the bathroom floor gets completely ..."
