「The hotel was too far from Montego Bay, a vehicle suppose to pick you up from the airport and it wasn’t one, A vehicle supposed to take you to the airport from the hotel and it wasn’t one. So please be careful booking this hotel.」

「The Property Need lots of Repairs, Their are broken tiles on floors, broken glass table in room, the gas Stove is rusted and burners are burnt out ,bathroom facet not right for that sink, when turned on it is sprays over the Floor and the shower head sprays incorrectly. The entrance doors and patio doors need adjusted, There are mold on entrance floors and walls, there are repairs needed on the whole property!」

First impressions the hotel seemed a bit tired and in need of some TLC, however the staff were accommodating and helpful and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the main attractions. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference. The hotel I was redirected to was clearly not aware of my reservation or my presence. Nothing in the room was prepared for guest arrival.
