"The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very good with a short walk to a couple of subway stations with connections to multiple lines and within walking distance of the Brooklyn Bridge. Cons: The wifi connection was extremely slow, virtually unusable. The breakfast was terrible! The scrambled eggs cold and almost empty. The potstickers were dried out and cold as well. The coffee was empty and only refilled after we had finished. There no one around to be seen to ask about items which were out. The selection was also poor."

"The room was dark. There was only 1 light between the 2 beds. The restroom light was on a 30 second timer. They did not give us regular face towels. It was a dish towel. The floor in the elevators were dirty, that evening when we arrived and the same dirty floor was there the next day. The ceiling was not painted in a large portion of the room, maybe they had a leak and they repaired the ceiling, but didn't bother to paint it. This was the 2nd room. When we got off the elevator, there was a mouse trap by the closet door. The first room was dark, the floor was bumpy and you could not lock the room, the dead bolts did not work and we could not secure the door and this was also the case for both rooms.
