"The view is great. When you walk in the room it appears clean but after looking closely there was mold in the toilets. The linens were very worn. Under the couch and living room areas not well swept. The staff at the front desk were nice. The location and property is also good."

"We enjoyed our stay in general. The highlights are the made to order breakfast , and the 5:30-7:00 happy hour, both included. We really enjoyed the staff at these events. We loved being close to everything and we walked around daily. The only area which I'd suggest improvements were housekeeping. We stayed 7 days and each day we had to go out and look for staff to give us more coffee, towels, and we had to leave our garbage in the hall to be emptied. Finally on day 4, we asked how we could get service to the room. The desk staff requested service on the computer, and they did come later the next day. For people who paid $3000 in costs for accommodation for the week, I would like to see a system in place where it isn't such a guessing game to have these services provided. It's ironic that the people staying the longest get the poorest service."
