"The person who checked me in at around 6pm on 9/2 - Kay, I think, was excellent. The computers were acting up but she made sure I was comfortable as I waited. She also gave me a credit for breakfast to apologize for the inconvenience. Dru checked me out - friendly, helpful, Jonathon at the bistro was fantastic. He was working a shift alone last night and was there again this morning. Very good. Lastly, the shuttle driver was great - directed me to where I could get a golf cart ride since there is construction and I have a bad knee. The physical plant needs some updating and carpets in the rooms should be replaced. TVs were not easy to use. But the bedding was nice and I enjoyed a hot shower and a good sleep before leaving. The people here are great. Just need to spruce up the plant."

"Great breakfast, eating area could use another trash barrel the only one was by the coffee area and that gets crowded quickly with patrons fixing their coffee. The room was comfortable, the bed had only one night stand and with two people staying in the room the bed should really have two night stands. The mini fridge and microwave came in handy...we didn't take advantage of the pool or fitness room but both looked clean and active at times. The lobby had maps and destination literature to help us get around."

"We enjoyed our stay in general. The highlights are the made to order breakfast , and the 5:30-7:00 happy hour, both included. We really enjoyed the staff at these events. We loved being close to everything and we walked around daily. The only area which I'd suggest improvements were housekeeping. We stayed 7 days and each day we had to go out and look for staff to give us more coffee, towels, and we had to leave our garbage in the hall to be emptied. Finally on day 4, we asked how we could get service to the room. The desk staff requested service on the computer, and they did come later the next day. For people who paid $3000 in costs for accommodation for the week, I would like to see a system in place where it isn't such a guessing game to have these services provided. It's ironic that the people staying the longest get the poorest service."
