"We had two rooms as we were a family of five and didn’t want to be cramped. We were here out of town out of state for a college graduation room number one smelled of smoke or something. It was terribly dirty. One of the lamps was not plugged in when I went to plug in the cord the base of the lamp was absolutely disgusting. Not sure what was spilled all over it, but you could tell it had not been cleaned in a very long time we had to move the bedside table to plug something in, and it was sticky underneath. The bathroom was filthy. The floor look like it had not been washed. The corners were caked in dirt. I don’t know what was on one of the walls, but it was gross. The towels were worn. The staff was very friendly. I had to go ask for more toilet paper because we were given 2 half rolls for 2 night stay. The second room seemed to be a little bit better. There was no smoke. I do want to point out that both rooms are non-smoking. I will also say you get what you pay for I could have gone down the road and paid $50-$60 more a night for a room, but I chose not to however do not advertise and show pictures of a beautiful room. Be careful driving in there’s potholes all over in parking lot. this is more like a one night construction, trucker quick rest. Careful with the beds too they’re metal and they’re very noisy. Don’t move too much cause he might wake the person up next to you"

"I was absolutely blown away with how nice this place was. Just a small little place out of the way that is very well maintained and the front desk attendant (maybe the owner?) was very nice and helpful in every way. If we come back this way this is the place we are staying at again for sure!"

"The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The restaurant, Three Rivers, is super understaffed. We waited for more than 10 minutes to be seated for breakfast and no one came to the hostess stand to seat us. We were in a bit of a hurry so couldn’t get breakfast. And the fact that they don’t have a free continental breakfast was a bit of a bummer."

"Everything just ok. Room was good not great. Ancient TV remote had no back on it. No A/C in hotel except the window unit. All rooms had windows open. Trying to save $ which we did but you get what you pay for. "

"Rooms could have been quieter. Lots of foot traffic in hallway and doors closing heard from inside room. Breakfast was not the best quality. More fresh food and less processed food would be appreciated. "
