「Great location. Nice upgrade to executive room.but it's beaten up.tired. lots of cracks,needs a refresher. Mold in shower tiles. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Just tired rooms.」

「Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great.」

「The cottage by mode were very clean and spacious. However it was cold and uncomfortable in the mornings and evenings. No other form of heating in the lounge i.e a fire Beds uncomfortable because two singles pushed together which easily moved. Fix the heating and the beds and I would give it 5 stars 」

「Lovely , clean , large room . Very comfortable bed . In a really nice area . Lots of shops , bars and restaurants close by and close to the promenade. A short walk to the Lowry which is where we went . Thoroughly recommended, will definitely stay again .」

「Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked.
