「Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. 「Lovely stay for a last minute 1 night stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Informed staff I was gluten free and they provided me a lovely GF continental breakfast. Beds were comfy everything was clean. Your opposite the main pub in the square so you can step out and dine at some lovely places. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lytham again. 「Very impressed with this hotel. Our room was clean, with a separate little area with two bunk beds, two TV’s and a PlayStation for children. I was happy to see Yorkshire tea and proper milk in the room and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice and nice full English. Friendly staff and a nice bar. Right next to the rollercoaster and pleasure beach. I’d recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.」
