Stayed for 4 night end of May. Property is beautiful and grounds maintained daily. Staff were all helpful and pleasant and the breakfast included fresh fruit along with choice off eggs your style and bacon. Location was great for sunsets and also walking into town for dinners.

Omg what a beautiful place to stay! We had an ocean view room and the grounds of the property were gorgeous. We were really impressed with it all and the breakfast each morning. It’s very close to town and easy to catch a taxi if you need to! Room was clean and tidy and spacious. Would stay here again

Dream vacation

Our stay was amazing. The service at the front desk was excellent. They were so helpful with arranging taxis, and help with anything we needed. The restaurant was fantastic. Luis, Marcella, Eduardo and others all made a great effort to provide wonderful service and delicious food. The location could not be beat! We will be back.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever had the pleasure to visit! Freddie at the front desk was so kind and worked so hard to make the stay great. We paid for our transfer through the hotel and it was so smooth and safe! The rooms are large, clean, and have a great AC. The breakfast is simple yet delicious and the best breakfast included in a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Big thank you to all the staff at the restaurant for such kind hospitality. 1000/1000 recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Beautiful, clean and super family friendly!

We absolutely loved staying here!! Stayed with our two young kids in a garden view two double bed room and it was perfect. Very clean. A huge bonus was the huge green garden shaded by palm trees. I enjoyed time on my yoga mat here every day, while being able to keep an eye on the kiddos in the pool. The included breakfast was good but got a little old towards the end (we stayed 10 days). Even though the hotel was fully booked it didn’t feel busy at all, there was always sun chairs and the kids just loved digging in the sand from morning til night. My only complaint is that I wish the hotel would rake the seaweed off the beach. But aside from that the whole property was so clean and in beautiful shape and staff was super friendly! Would definitely come back!

Not the hotel's fault, but the beach is discusting. Black murky water that i've read likely contains sewage. There is a new multi-story hotel being constructed next door, but the noise wasn't too bad. The beach area is divided and unless you're willing to buy food/drinks from the affiliated beach club, you can't use the lounges, etc. actualy at the water. Hoever, given how discusuting it was, you probably woudn't want to anyway. Beautifl propety and great staff, tho. Knowing what i know about the location, i would not stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Puerto Holbox! Our sea-view room was breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop to relax and soak in the island’s beauty. The hotel’s restaurant was outstanding—every meal and drink we had was top-notch, and our Christmas Eve dinner was truly 5-star. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a short distance from town, making it convenient yet peaceful. The only challenge we faced was the flooded roads after rain, which made it tricky for taxis to get around. However, this seems to be a common issue on the island and didn’t diminish our overall enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Holbox!

Lovely hotel located right on the beach front. We were unlucky with the weather as the beach in front of the hotel was full of seaweed so we weren’t able to use the loungers there. There are other loungers behind the beach though which are great and still have a lovely outlook. The property is really quiet and very convenient being only a short walk from town. It isn’t entirely secluded though as one of the main dirt roads loops around the front of the sun lounger/pool area. We were pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in our stay. This was a real bonus and it was lovely having breakfast by the sea every morning. Overall the hotel was great value for money and we would stay here again!

The location, on the Beach is perfect. The rooms are very clean, as are the grounds. The restaurant serving breakfast and all at the beach means you can spend all day on the beach beds, or take an easy walk to town for lunch or dinner. We had a wonderful time on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed dinners and music in the town on evenings . The staff at the hotel and especially the restaurant and beach is extremely helpful. Louis and Andrea do an amazing job keeping the restaurant food and beach area a wonderful daytime experience, as did Edwardo and Marcella making sure we were always happy w drinks, cocktails and smoothies and food. Freddy and Edwin at hotel reception were very helpful regarding room needs or transportation help. We have stayed 2 years now, and the hotel is perfect for us at a reasonable price.

Ideal for a family stay. More space than any of the other places on this stretch of beach, so the kids could play without bothering anyone. Beach itself was great - self contained and the waves not too big for the little ones shallow water for some distance. Restaurant was nice, but also a short walk to all that the town had to office. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel with easy beach access. We were fortunate to have a great view. They keep all areas well maintained. The staff is awesome. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. Definitely will look into booking here for future trips.
