Staff was very helpful with reservation details and last minute changes due to flights, even helped us find alternate arrangements for one night when we missed the last ferry to Holbox. Hotel was very clean, security front door and easy walk to the beach!

Excellent accommodation - very clean, quiet but close to lots of restaurants and the beach, and informative staff. Kitchen has everything you need, including a small stove. Carlos gave us great recommendation for places to eat and things to do. Would definitely stay here again.

This bottom floor room was ok, for a budget stay. Rather small and basic but clean and the hotel is still very nice. Previously I stayed in a larger upstairs room with a balcony and a kitchen and much prefer and recommend that better room for a more enjoyable stay. I appreciate the use of the communal tea/coffee station and shared mini fridge though. I would stay here again but not in the standard room.

Little gem in the middle of everything

Beautiful property! My room was on the 2nd floor. Super spacious with 2 queen beds. The bathroom was also very spacious. Lots of light from several windows. Customer service by Carlos at the front desk was great. He offered tips and recommendations for restaurants and other things to do. Short distance to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk) and the ferry port (8-10 minutes walk). Surrounded by many coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Recommended 100%.

This little in-town hotel is new, really clean. The room was spacious and wonderful. Staff are super helpful and genuinely kind. They’re also not trying to sell you anything. Location is just fine a couple blocks from square and beach.

I do LOVE this hotel, in general. But the room I stayed in this last time was not great. Room #1 was super loud all night long, even with earplugs in. And the room was so bright all night long with outside lights, multicoloured Christmas lights and the TV light. And also the AC was off but beeped often. The fridge was super loud too (had to unplug it). Sadly I had a terrible and short sleep. I previously stayed in a larger nice upstairs room with no issue. So I do not recommend this most recent room. Sorry :(

Muy agradable estancia.

Muy buena opción en Holbox, la atención desde antes de nuestra llegada fue muy buena por parte del personal del hotel, nos dieron a detalle cada cosa información, desde los ferrys, horarios, taxis, restaurantes, etc. El hotel está a unas 6 cuadras de la playa en una zona muy cerca de todo. Muy bonitas instalaciones y bien cuidado. Lo recomiendo sin duda.
