"From the moment we arrived, Josmira was a kind, helpful, and charming host. We also had a wonderful time getting to know Fabio as he served us food and drink, and Maria Fernanda took exceptional care of us the entire time. The staff here is phenomenal. The rooms were cute, and clean, and the beachside setting was simply gorgeous. 10/10"

"After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. Given boats run only until 9am and transport can cost as much as two nights ’ stay, this should be clearly stated before booking – we could easily have missed the first night.
