大島Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「No hay palabras para describir la experiencia vivida. Empezando por el personal y atención VIP, realmente VIP. José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado. 「They have lots of problems with the water supply. We didn’t have water to use for at least half the time we were there. Frustrating. Also there is not hot water.」

「We were honored to be the first guests after Isla Azul’s reopening under new management. The hotel manager Pedro is exceptionally friendly and customer-focused. He and his team were a highlight of our stay. He coordinated awe-inspiring snorkeling and phytoplankton tours with an experienced local guide. The restaurant chef whipped up delicious local favorites, made to order, and the piña coladas were nice and cold! The hotel was still in the process of renovating during our stay, so I expect that...

「Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!」
