「The communication is quite bad, we didn’t receive the email with the code the we can’t get in the hotel. We call to ask the officer and tried to communicate. No one seems to understand English so we used over 10 minutes to explain and repeat the situation that we are facing. Quite frustrating I’ll said. 」
