「My reservation was for 2 nights. I informed the hotel that my check-in would have been late, after the closure of the reception. Once I arrived, my room was not prepared & was not cleaned at all. I found the bed linen, the towels on the floor and two waste containers full in the room from the previous guest. I took pictures. I couldn't sleep at all.
