「Arrived at the property and there was a system outage. Multiple guests had to wait to be checked in. Khalifah, the desk agent, handled the situation like a pro. He remained calm, explained the situation to every guest that arrived, and offered everyone a beverage and snacks. Even when some guests who were already in the hotel were being rude, he stayed professional. He even went door to door to try to determine which rooms could be used. Blessings to this young man. 「There was NOT one thing that could have made our stay better. We were celebrating our birthdays & “Tony” made sure it was a special stay. Tony gave us a delicious drink and a gift of chocolates. Our room was beautiful, comfortable & clean. The bathroom was big & spectacular. In the morning we had great coffee & there was a buffet of many different things to eat - a great variety, & everything was really good.
