「Staff was friendly and the property was clean. Parking was easy and convenient. Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty. Breakfast area was crowded and small. We did not eat.」

Never happened, at least not in the next half hour...Same with the room. Called front desk to get more towels. Were told they would bring some up for our second day. Never happened. Stopped at front desk and was told that they need 24-hour notice...There was a sock on the ledge of the pool for the duration of our three-day stay, so what does that tell you in regards to...

「Breakfast was good, warm and several options. Hot tub was warm/not hot. Water seemed murky in hot tub and pool. Hotel in general seems tired, could use some updating. The beds were extremely comfortable so that was a win! 」

「Kitchen could use more kitchenware items such as cutting board and baking pans. Rooms were clean. The water pressure was weak, could be because we were on the 6th floor, parking was great because no meter enforcement on the weekend. 」
