「If you plan to stay, especially a non-German speakers, check-in early before staff get off work. It will be somewhat difficult to find your room and keys. We are lucky that there are ground staff still working and called the manager to come for check-in. Otherwise, it is a fantastic place to stay.」

「Really love the stay here!」

「The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. 」

「The only issue I had was checking in (unless I missed something). I was unable to access the hotel entrance (door located to the right of the building) even after using the app. I walked in through the restaurant entrance and was able to find my room key in a cubby at the top of the stairs. Other than having clearer instructions with checking in, the hotel is fabulous. It's very convenient and within walking distance to bus and train stops.」

「We got a big room with a small living room. The room was very clean and provided everything including free drinks. The staff and breakfast was very nice. I will definitely come back. 」

Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. But when we saw the room, it's big, clean and tidy. Beds comforable, we...
