"I have been a customer of this hotel for over 4 years. They have always been very professional when checking in to the hotel and the rooms are always very clean and smell nice. I look forward to staying at their facility."

"When we arrived at the hotel they told us they didn't have a room for us because they were under construction and the type of room (a two bedroom suite) we booked wasn't available. Something that probably should have been communicated before our arrival. After pushing the front desk clerk to do something since we did have a reservation she offered to put us into two rooms which was not ideal as it either meant our teenage kids would be in a room alone, or my husband and I would be split up with the kids, not really ideal for a family vacation. We had been driving 15 hours and were exhausted so we accepted, but there was no apology for this confusion. The hotel was nice but the lack of customer service and proper communication about the construction was really disappointing."

"I checked in on Sunday April 25, 2026 it wasn’t a good experience at first However, a few days later I had an AMAZING customer experience with representative KEY. Key was so helpful, patient, professional, informative, and kind! She provided me with the tax exemption form and moved me to a room closer to the exit. If it wasn’t for Key, Home2 Suites would’ve received a two or three star rating. "

"Bathroom was not clean. Stayed from Friday to Monday, cleaners never cleaned the room once even though the front desk claimed that the cleaners clean every other day. Photos are misleading, probably taken on opening day or something."
