The room was freezing and couldn’t get the space heaters to work because the front desk woman didn’t tell me that you have to put your room key card in some slot to get any electricity to work and then they still didn’t work. Fabulous facilities all around and of course the Jurassic Park is an extra special place, especially for kids who love dinosaurs! So much to do without being fleeced at every turn.
