「Everything about this hotel is good: clean, friendly staff, breakfast bar was well stocked. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I'm in town.」

「Staff entered my room while my belongings were still inside, removed my items, placed them into bags, and gave the room away. I had spoken with the front desk earlier that morning, and after a long workday I came back to find my room no longer available and my belongings handled by staff. This was unacceptable and extremely frustrating. A hotel should not remove a guest’s personal property and give away the room without properly resolving the situation first. I would not stay here again.」

「Clean room , nice staff」

「Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. It was busy so extending your check out time was only available for Hyatt members. We did not ask for late check out in advance nor did we need it. Bed so comfortable. 」

「For an inexpensive hotel, this was pretty good. There were a few things that could have been better: there was only one trash can in the suite, the toilet paper holder was broken. On the positive side there was an ice maker in the refrigerator and the suite was two stories with ample sleeping options.」

「This was my second time that front desk guy makes me to do reservation on line instead to do walking reservation, telling me than that not is possible at that moment, and There is a lot opportunity to improve breakfast.」

「Roaches in room, dirty/unclean linens, food in bed, wet moldy smell and unsavory looking guests hanging out in the lobby and parking lot. Checked out and requested refund within 10 mins of arrival. 」

「Upon arrival my non smoking room was a smoking room. Finally get them to change it after they said they couldnt. The 1st room the key wouldnt unlock so the manager had to unlock with his manual key. He said he could just let me in every time i needed in my room. I requested a different room. He finally agreed. The 2nd room reaked of cigarettes. The blanket had cigarette holes all over it. He said it was a nonsmoking room. The microwave was diagusting. It dropped in the 50s at night and the heat...
