「I 100% recommend this hotel because the area was suburban and most importantly safe. It was surrounded by neighborhoods, restaurants, banks and grocery stores; everything you'd need to feel comfortable while out of town and visiting memphis of all places (no offense).The hotel was clean, and had friendly/attentive staff as well as guests throughout my entire stay. 「Their breakfast was awful. First day was there they were out of waffle mix at 7 am they opened for breakfast at 6 took about 30 minutes to get it refilled. Their coffee was very weak could read a newspaper through it. Second day they had biscuits and gravy only thing at 8am they were out of biscuits and the lady said that they were frozen they put some in the oven and they probably won't be done until they get ready to close at 9 am. Will not be staying there again. Room was not very clean.」

「Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property」

「This place is a dump. WE FOUND A BULLET IN THE PARKING LOT, the facilities are totally run down and they allow the homeless to use the facilities. The hotel seems to have started some kind construction that has not been continues. Pool closed. Breakfast food has been reheated several times. We are in the process of reaching out to authorities to have the place inspected. Front desk guy very understanding but management is totally unresponsive. ****AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!***」

「I couldn't tell you how clean or anything when I got there they said couldn't give me a room because of maintenance issues. Sent me to another hotel . They didn't have the room I needed I needed two king beds instead I got 1 king and sleeper sofa which was not what I pay for. The air conditioner wouldn't stay on would work just about 1 hr then turn itself off then I have to turn it back on.」

「I selected this hotel based on three criteria: Safe, pet friendly, and breakfast included. I paid for the room through Expedia as was required. When I got to the property at 10:30pm, the young man at the desk was very nice, but let me know that I needed to pay. I was really tired, so I thought, "Maybe Expedia didn't charge?" I gave him my credit card. When I got to the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Some of the lamps didn't work. The refrigerator had mildew growing on it, and the bed was...

「The only thing positive to say about the hotel was the friendly staff. They need to tear down the hotel and start over. The hotel didn't smell fresh. In the room the bed sheets were dirty, the towels were dirty, toilet would not flush half the time, and the tub was terrible... could even take a shower because of the rust and dirt. This hotel is a NO!!!」
