Great value for the rate of the room. Compelling aspects of this hotel is the staff friendliness, pets are allowed, and the facilities are clean. There is also plenty of restaurants and an OXXO located within the plaza. I would recommend for anyone that needs somewhere to stay in Irapuato.

House keeper where thieves stole expensive sunglasses and Levi’s pants talked to ibis management did not recuperate personal items hotel sucks and has lousy customer service and will not spend any money there again

Absolutely horrible

I paid for three rooms, only to arrive and be told I would not be able to stay at the hotel in the rooms I paid for as they had none of the double queen beds available, after that I had to book a total of 6 rooms, two hours had passed since we arrived to the time the hotel was able to get us in.

I honestly disliked, that the property was not disabled friendly, yet a sign next to reception which I pointed out to the front staff. No safe to put your money or passports away. No coffee maker, No Refrigerator, No bottled water. wow really all these things all the other hotels provide. Everything I mentioned above is what makes us travelers' life easy. Having none of these amenities really makes us not want to come back. Honestly, I will never stay there again. And you staff, every time I had questions, they never knew the answers and inform me they would get back to me with the information i needed. And your continental breakfast is so limited. I travel a lot and never never in all my years traveling have I seen such a limited menu, items for breakfast, and amenities that hotels should have for their guests. I will never refer this hotel. And if they as me, I will definitely inform them of what you guys don't provide. Your hotel is falling behind and need to provide better services.

Me rompieron el cristal de mi carro y extrajeron mis pertenencias en 5 minutos que entré al oxxo que está en el acceso, solo pare por un snack antes de ingresar al hotel y con eso. El hotel en sí es agradable, el personal en general, bueno hacen lo suyo, desayuno clasico y pues lo más importante, las habitaciones cumplen, se encuentran limpias y se puede descansar bien.
