The hotel room was a bit dated, but it's value for money. The breakfast was a surprise. It served a variety of food and there were some changes every day. For housekeeping, you needed to ask the reception to arrange every day. When I checked in at the hotel, the hotel asked for our payment of RM3 city tax and RM10 tourist tax per room per night. Despite Expedia's confirmation email has written that Expedia would pay that tourist tax, the hotel insisted that we needed to pay both taxes unless we had the payment receipt.

Comfy room small but fine. Modern. Great location easy walking to old town main sights 10 mins and other direction to night markets 10 mins. Bit dusty round edges of room if you're hyper clean but general cleanliness fine. We stayed 2 nts longer and slept well. Great air con and ceiling fan

Comfortable stay, room small but adequate, shame no fridge or kettle but we kmew this. Water dispensers on corridors. Great location, could walk old town in 10 mins. Other direction night market. Toothbrushes, shampoo and shower gel but no.hand soap?!

Convenient location

Quiet location and great if you stay Saturday night and want to take in the Flea market on Sunday morning , it's right in the parking lot. Great walkable area.

Bem melhor que o esperado

Foi uma surpresa boa. A má escolha de cores e de design não se reflete no conforto. Me deram um quarto com uma bela vista, no 4°andar (tem elevador!), cama confortável, chuveiro bom. Como eu esperava, o quarto é bem pequeno, tem pouco espaço de apoio, minha mala ficou sobre a mesa de cabeceira (mas havia 3 cabides fixos que ajudaram), e não há ganchos pra roupas nem onde estender a toalha após o banho. É bom para uma ou duas noites. O café da manhã tem poucas opções ocidentais e vegetarianas, mas é um bom buffet. A região perto é meio morta, mas caminhando não é longe da parte interessante da cidade, que é a old town. Uma sugestão: o hotel poderia oferecer uma área de coworking para os hóspedes, já tem toda a estrutura, provavelmente já tem espaço e equipamento, poderia inclusive atrair não hóspedes. Uma observação: uma mola quebrada e afiada estava saindo do colchão bem no lugar em que a gente se senta ao levantar e machuca, isso precisa de manutenção urgente!

Aucun restaurant/bar dans l'hôtel contrairement à la 1ère photo qu'on voit dans leurs photos, tres déçue de ça. Jai suggéré d'enlever la photo. La chambre était très petite, et aucune insonorisation. J'ai apprécié avoir des bouteille deau à tous les jour. Restaurants, épicerie, cafés à proximité à pieds.

Aircond & tv constantly turned on and off by itself. The switch board can be heard tripping all the time. The constant tripping is very annoying and irritating. This matter was informed to the staff but no action was taken. Apart from that, the shower drain is clogged. Appreciate more effort is taken to maintain the rooms.
