The mattress was very uncomfortable.the heater is a loud ac wall unit.very little lighting in the room.ordered a medium cheese plzza cost $40.00 ,all it was is supermarket pizza. .room was large ,tv was good.good water pressure. Bathroom very small
Not as happy this time although the room was fine. Getting out of Williams will cost you a FORTUNE if you don't have a vehicle.
I asked for help and was not treated well. Did not make me happy

Ok stay
Overall an ok place to stay. Bed was too hard for me, but I have a finicky back. There was only a old worn office chair to sit on in our room even though there was room to have some kind of chair/chairs for sitting on. Cleanliness was ok, I find that in the hotels I usually stay in need to invest in a crevice tool to get the edges of the room and halls. Otherwise it was clean and tidy, lots of warm water. A very no frills place to stay for a night. Manager was gracious.

It was ok but it's extremely remote and I had trouble getting rides to the city when I needed it.
They were good to me. English was a little limited, but we managed. Townspeople aren't supportive or nice.
The room was fine, but the only way I could get meals was to order from Walmart/spark in another city, which was pricey.
It cost me $115 to get a ride service when I left due to the remoteness of the location.
Not only that, but I did not have help with my bags and strained my back, which led to a medical emergency several days later.
We also had a snowstorm the day I was to leave, so I had to stay extra time.
It's not bad if you don't have transportation issues and if you have plenty of money for emergencies.

Helpful staff, property could use some maintenance like stains on ceiling. Had an odd smell but nothing terrible. Bed was really hard. Okay for a quick night stay between destinations
I reserved a non smoking room and when we arrived the room was smelling like a casino, everything was dirty and horrible, they didn’t have more rooms to change me that disgusting room, I was driving from Florida and need a place to stay and there was nothing else around, breakfast was horrible, just tangarines and waffle maker very dirty. This place is a getto very dirty, not even basic breakfast, DO NOT STATE THERE, is better to sleep in your car.
