「In excellent location, but tucked away from the noise. Very friendly reception and accommodating to my early arrival. Beautiful property. I got the top (3rd?)floor and there's no lift, but the staff will help you. My only negative is I thought I requested my room not to be disturbed but returned with evidence of housekeeping. The safe did not work.」

「I LOVED staying here. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the room comfortable and quiet. It's close to everything and very convenient to shopping and dining. Staying in the Castro is highly recommended. 」

「Beatifully situated overlooking the lake. Lively and friendly but with lots of space for calm and quiet. Very good menus in formal and informal settings. A happy place with no ostentation.」

「Très bel hôtel, petit et cosy , literie extraordinairement confortable. Le petit déjeuner servi à table est fantastique mais il faut avoir faim (hors d’œuvre, plat d’œufs et desserts ) Seul l’environnement est moche (pas de vue sur le lac, immeubles en béton très miches) et c’est difficile de trouver une place de parking dans les rues je n’ai pas testé le spa 」

「Πολυ προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο. Πολυ καθαρό Πολυ καλο το πρωινο με μικρη μεριδα ομως, λιγη η ποσοτητα και με αχρειαστα προϊόντα. Κανταΐφι στις 8 το πρωί? Ακυρο τελειως. Μεσα στο δωμάτιό υπαρχει μηχανη εσπρέσο με κάψουλες , νερακια εμφιαλωμένα και γλυκάκια. Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτουμε σύντομα 」

「We had a wonderful welcome by Pappadopoulos at the front desk. He gave some excellent dining and sightseeing recommendations before taking us to our room. The room was perfect in every way. Very good breakfast. Excellent service. We're definitely going back in the near future. 」

「Inexpensive hotel right in the heart of Ioannina. The PLUS is they have their own private parking lot— worth the $ right there. Good signage directing you as well. Lady at front desk was so friendly and helpful. Elevator/ lift is very small, so could be a problem if there were lots of people waiting. Nice lighting in room. Windows had a metal pull-down shade as well as curtains— nice blackout for those that like that.」
