great room, but with no balcony.

the hotel was excellent, the rooms are clean and brand new, stuff is very kind and helpful. just one thing-we ordered lake view room and all of the pictures at website says the rooms are with balconies. when we got the room we found out that the room is actually without balcony. when we asked the reception about this issue they said that indeed there are two rooms in the hotel that are without balcony, and that there is no guarantee to balcony. it is true also according to the website, there is no promise to get a balcony but I must say it’s a bit misleading because all of the pictures of “lake view” rooms are with balconies and the price is the same between room with balcony and room without balcony. I recommend about the hotel but be aware from the balcony issue.

We needed a hotel last minute (booked night prior) needing an overnight stay while sightseeing. The one photo online looked like there was a decent view, so decided to book it. Upon arrival in the area, and realizing we were on top of the world was when we first realized this hotel was something special. This place is absolutely incredible. We stayed mid September so I believe there were maybe 2 or 3 other guests. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Its a newer property so everything worked, as you would expect. The showers are great. Staff very friendly. Good wifi. The views from the balcony alone are worth the stay. I sat on our balcony for hours just staring at the entire city of Ioannina below. At night, the city lights are stunning, but better yet, in the morning, the lake was covered in clouds. Not fog. Actual clouds. We felt like we were in a floating city in the sky. The drive up the mountain to get here can feel intimidating for some. The driveway leading down to the hotel parking lot is incredibly steep with a couple sharp turns. Make sure your brakes work well. This is on our permanent list of places to stay again in the future.

Zeer mooi hotel

Prachtig rustig net hotel. Prachtig zicht op het meer. Zeer ruime mooie kamers. Kamers waren zeer proper. Het ontbijt was inorde, veel keuze enkel gewoon brood ontbrak. Enige negatiever punt was de matras en de zetel. Matras was van goede kwaliteit maar veel te hard voor ons. Zetel voor de 3 de persoon was slecht, het was zelfs geen zetelbed. Matras stuk was gewoon 3 stukken zetel.

Ξενοδοχείο διαμάντι θα το χαρακτήριζα! Λίγα λεπτά έξω από τη πόλη των Ιωαννίνων! Φανταστική θέα! Εκπληκτικό περιβάλλον, προσωπικό ευγενικό, χαμογελαστο ,πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει! Περάσαμε υπέροχα 6 ήμερες εγώ και η οικογένειά μου!!

Εξαιρετική θέα

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά καλό και η τοποθεσία του όσο και η θέα του είναι εξαιρετική. Βλέπει στην λίμνη και στην πόλη των Ιωαννίνων και πέρνει 12-15 λεπτά από το κέντρο για να φτάσεις στο ξενοδοχείο.Καθαρό το δωμάτιο και οι χώροι γενικά.Φιλικο και ευγενικό προσωπικό.Το μόνο που ίσως παίρνει βελτίωση είναι το πρωινό αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές είναι καλό.
