「The property is very well kept. We were there at the beginning of April, so there was still some snow on the ground. They have a nice large green space with a pool, Swing set and slide, Gazebo and a trail along the beaver pond. The rooms all though older are very nice and well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable. the bathroom is a bit small but fine. the property is pet friendly, the Staff is nice and helpful. there are stores and fast food within walking distance. The only thing I would say...

「Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too....

「Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.」
