"The staff was AMAZING! Danny helped with ALL the many questions we had about swimming with the Manatees. We ended up booking a private dive with Ross and Mark they were the ABSOLUTE best! They both are very knowledgeable and went out of their ways to make our experience incredible! And THANK YOU to Valerie for her hospitality and sweetness ♥️ The rooms could use some updating but who cares when you have an experience like we did! Hope to be back soon!"

"The building is very clean. The staff are very accommodating at any time of the day or evening. Everyone who works there greets you. Even with the kitchen being closed, there were a few things we needed and the staff had no problem getting the things we needed even with it being closed down. This is our second time staying there. "

"The condition of the hotel was adequate. 1 elevator was very small and slow. Was assigned a handicap room which I did not request. Water took time to heat up. Bathroom floor was dirty. However the bed was comfortable. "

"They are remodeling with new carpet and wallpaper but the rooms are really tired! Lipstick on a pig as they say! Hopefully rooms the next step. Comforter was literally threadbare with holes. I could literally see through the door jam into the hallway.. that’s just not acceptable from a Fire code perspective! We could hear a whisper in the hallway! The icing on the cake was when the fire alarm went off at 5am.. For $220 bucks I was expecting more. Bottom line is I will never book another stay at La Quinta again EVER!"
