This is not an OYO property anymore but OYO did not let us know. The new owners Frank and Lisa were lovely and helped us much as they could, Expedia was also helpful in relocating us as there was no room at their inn. Literally! If you are looking for a property that is convenient to Inverness city and welcoming then this is perfect for you. We wish we could have stayed.

Welcoming hosts and great location

Really friendly hosts who let us in despite arriving early which was most welcome as we were rather cold and wet. They even put the heating on for us. We were allowed to store our bikes securely in the entrance hall. Great and copious breakfast which kept us going on our bikes all the way to Wick.

lovely couple that own it and a very nice breakie, they catured to my mates vegetarianism very well, I'll little bit jealous of how good his looked and smelled. They recommended a really good chippie as well, didnt disapoint one bit

Lovely place in capital of Highlands

Absolutely lovely stay here. We had great time in Inverness and around in general due to fantastic early June weather, but staying in Cedar Villa only added to our great experience of Highlands. The owners were very friendly, helpful, gave us great advice on local trips and made sure we felt like at home. If we will ever return to Inverness we will certainly stay there again.

We were served a lovely hot breakfast in the morning. The facility is a bit old-fashioned which does add to the charm, but just be prepared that it is not state-of-the-arc. We rang the bell 3 times (and could hear it ringing inside the house), but in the end had to call and let them know we were outside the door. Thankfully, we had a phone that worked. Reception in the Inverness area isn't always stable.

A lovely stay

I had a lovely stay at Cedar Villa Guest house, the place is next to Inverness Castle, next to the old town and all good restaurants train station and bus station. You'll had a very good time in a very nice place. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was amazing. The welcome of Lisa and her husband is so warm, it will b e hard for you to leave them. Highly recommended
