「Lovely, well equipped, cosy little apartment ideally located for activities on Loch Ness and beautiful walks in a variety of terrain and easy reach of Fort Augustus and Inverness, some right from the doorstep. Lots of nice welcoming touches and the owners responded quickly to request for information. Good shower over the deep bath but it’s a bit slippery and a couple of grab rails and a non slip mat would improve safety for those with mobility issues wanting to immerse themselves in a soothing...

「We booked this property in April 2026 thinking it was one house made up of one dwelling. We booked one night and after some deliberation we booked a second consecutive night separately believing it would be the same property. Upon arrival at the property we soon realized the house was divided into two separate residences, an east wing and a west wing. At no point did Black Sheep Hotels tell us that the property was made up of two residences and that we had in fact booked one night in each...

「La ubicación es espantosas y las fotos no muestran los alrededores (horrible). Un engaño. El precio es una estafa. El restaurante - a pesar indicaba que está abierto- no lo está. Al apartamento le llega el olor de la cocina.. Casi no se puede ventilar ni abrir bien las ventanas. Pido reembolso. Fue una mala decisión y el lugar es espantoso. (Casi £400 por una noche. 😱😣).」

「We loved the location and the cottage was clean. However, I was there for 5 days, and was informed at the last minute that their wasn't laundry machines available, no wifi and the heater in the cottage was broken and only a few towels. 」
