「Host was extremely rude. We were trying to enter the building with provided code and the door would not open. We called for assistance and she yelled at us that we were not pushing the door. No offense but one should not have to use your shoulder with force to open a door. Bathroom was covered in mold, hallway & room has strong chemical odor, pillows were of questionable quality & cleanliness.
