「Good」

「Overall, this is a stylish hotel with good value for money. You will get everything you need include a comfortable room, public bath and free laundry. Hotel staffs are friendly and energetic, always there to answer your questions. The restaurant is nice and I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The only downside is that it is like 20 mins walk from the station / port, there are buses but I took the taxi. Another thing is that there is no black out curtain, if you are a light sleeper then you need to...

「I am waiting for check-in at lobby for hours. No manned staff here, no one. I come before check in time and would like to leave my luggage at front desk but not able to get any help. It’s terrible.」

「Disappointed!」

「The price is good, but wifi connection was not well. Also, there is an insect inside the room, one of pillows has bad smell.」
