Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar etwas ausserhalb, eher in einem Industriegebiet. 「Abbiamo prenotato nel mese di settembre, la stanza molto comoda, pulita, con tutto il necessario per renderla accogliente, con vista al lago, stupenda. Il personale di una disponibilità ed amabilità incredibile. La colazione completa: frutta, dolci, formaggi, a chi piace una colazione salata molto assortita.
