Intermediate Lake Tours

This was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in my life. I came here for the first time to Chicago and me and my girl. Upon arrival they gave us a complementary room upgrade. Where are they doing that at so as you can see, I am very happy with our stay so I will recommend this hotel to anybody and I think we might even come back here again. You know any they have good amenities

Surprised that there wasn't a better work space for a nice hotel. I had to do half a day's work and the desk was small, wobbly and cheap. It's such a nice hotel I was just surprised it was such an uncomfortable place to work. In every other way the room was very comfortable and high quality. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful and the hotel itself is very high quality. The free breakfast was good but not great.
