The room is extremely dirty. Rubbish is found in the wardrobe and under the bed. Washroom is also extremely dirty. The water drainage is very bad.The air conditioner is out-dated and the room is extremely hot.

Air conditioning works well but bathroom is old and carpet is dirty. It is within 5 min walking distance from interlaken west station. It is a pity that 20chf to be charged for luggage keeping after check out.

Everything is good!
The hotel located at Interlaken west. Walk 8 mins from station. The hotel is clean with good wooden furniture and design. The breakfast is nice also.

酒店挺不错的，地理位置方便，离西站步行10分钟左右，我们的房间正对滑翔伞降落的大草坪，很美。酒店管理还比较正规，大门钥匙和房间钥匙可以自助在前台换领，前台老奶奶很有爱的说，房间都装修的很用心，早餐一般，但餐厅看起来很好吃，遗憾没有机会试。

旅館位置距離火車站10分鐘路程，附近食肆多，職員有禮，樂於助人，但到了晚上時房間樓下太多嘈聲，而且地毯太舊需要更換 。

Small room but clean, close to the main street
The room is small but clean. It is close to the main street, but with little distance from the west train station. Best way is to take a bus to get there. Hotel also runs a restaurant which services nice Italian and local foods. My room had a little problem switching off the heater. Besides that, it is a very nice hotel.

Nice Owners!
Hotel is owned by 2 ladies, both are very nice!! It is located near Interlaken West station (5 mins walking) and provided free passes for bus through Interlaken. Room was clean and tidy.

Good hotel
Not a luxury hotel but with warm atmosphere. Staffs are friendly too. We arrived in 10am and they allow us to early check in and choose the room. May choose this hotel again in the future.

Photos were very deceiving. Room is very old and dusty. Bathroom was horrible (dirty grout. Clogged drainage, stains in the toilet). But location is nice. Only a few minutes walk from Interlarken West. Staff were very friendly. Proper luggage storage room and didn’t make a fuss when we left our luggages for the whole day.

시살은 다소 오래되었으나 숙박에 문제없음 직원 친절함 인터라켄 WEST 역 도보 13분 인터라켄내 순환버스 무료티켓 주셔서 감사함 버스 20~30분간격으로 자주 있어서 인터라켄 OST까지 이동 편리 도보 2분거리 COOP마트 한국라면 있음 인터라켄 OST 가면 더 큰 COOP마트도 있음

If you want a dirty room that reeks of a fryer, this is the place for you! I’ve never stayed in such a terrible hotel before. We left in the middle of the night because sleeping in the car sounded cleaner. They also refused to do anything about it or offer a refund, so save your money and go somewhere else. Trust me I wish I spent the $20 more to stay in an actual hotel.

We really don't understand where the problem is. After you checked in you did not come over to the front desk to complain about any issues with the room. And the front desk worked until 3am and didn’t see you leaving.It seems unreasonable to ask the hotel to give you a free refund after staying for one night.
