「I really liked the cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. Everything seemed fresh and new. The staff was really nice and the breakfast had lots of good options. 「The stay at Waynesbrook was a wonderful trip. Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine. I appreciated the communication. During the stay the elevator was out of service, causing any time leaving room had to use the stairs.
