「Wonderful and imaginative breakfast menu with many options. Lovely setting on a hillside overlooking the valley and just a few minutes from the sand dunes and beaches of the estuary. Very warm welcome from our hosts and can thoroughly recommend to others.」

「Lovely big and clean room. Mini fridge had cold water and some milk to use with the Nespresso machine. Bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The welcome and ambience were excellent. The food was superb. The view was outstanding. I wholly recommend staying and dining here.」

「On our arrival, we were greeted warmly by the receptionist who informed us we had been upgraded for our one-night stay. This was a lovely surprise and the room was fabulous. The bed was huge and very comfortable. We felt so relaxed and didn’t leave the hotel. We booked in for a meal which was fantastic. 「Nice apartment, ideal positioning, Illfracombe is very steep, but lovely walks to be had. Car parking is free after 6pm in the town also. We didn’t use the facilities but pool looked a decent size. Cushions on the bed were very hard. Could maybe do with a couple of soft ones in the wardrobe as a just incase. Lovely place overall. 」
