The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! The team were kind enough to give a cover for our push chair also to ensure we did not soak in the way down to the bus station. Lovely place, historic and beautiful buildings. Can’t go wrong」

「Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. 」

「From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were greeted by such friendly staff,we were suprisingly upgraded to the most beautiful room- what a treat.The hotel is a beautiful old building ,in the perfect location in the old town.beautiful breakfast.Frre bottels of water replaced daily and numerous lovely tioletries.But what makes this place is the staff- they cannot do enough for you,but are also friendly and fun and really make you feel at home.we stayed for 3 nights and were sad to leave such...
