「It smells like smoke supposed to be non smoking but there has been a lot of smoking in this room. And the hotel tried to mask the smoke smell with very strong air freshener which is making it so much worse. My eyes hurt from the smell and I have such a headache 」

「Rooms smell terrible. One of our rooms smelled of Marijuana and the other like mold. Our ed spread had stains. The door to the room you see as you come up the stair case had streak of something all the way down the door. Although we asked to switch at least one of the rooms we were told they were booked solid. Which was not true. There were rooms next to mine that were empty the entire stay. There are very large rat traps in the check in area and there was condom wrapper in the staircase up to...

「Manager was rude. He didn’t want to be bothered or could care less. Ended up not going or staying at the hotel because a family offered a room instead and we wasn’t refunded the money from the reservation. Email receipt said no charges would be made until arriving at property and reservation would be lost if not arriving upon a certain time. Not one time did it specify that charges would be made to my account even if we never occupied the room. Also did not specify that we would be charged...

「The staff was very kind and helpful but the bathroom was riddled with bugs that kept coming from the sink. It was kinda inconvenient to drive around the property to get to the lobby as well.」

「Room was spotless, loved the hardwood floors. Bathroom was new, the place definitely is revamped. No bugs, no cockroaches, not even a spider. Close to everything including the jail. The only part that sucked was the broken elevator. Other than that it was a comfortable stay, and I have nothing bad to say other than the elevator being broken.」
